If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or if a product is on backorder, processing may take slightly longer. If there will be a significant delay, we will contact you by email.

Shipping Times

Please note that business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, containing your tracking number(s).
Tracking information typically becomes active within 24–48 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
All international orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes imposed by your country’s authorities.
These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If your order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping costs may apply to resend the package.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Damaged Packages

Save all packaging materials and photos of the damage — these may be required to file a claim with the carrier.

If you are located in the European Union or other regions with consumer protection laws, you are entitled to receive your order within 30 days of purchase unless otherwise agreed.
